Ah Ha
The pressurized aircraft can only have 5 seats. That's because of the FAA regulation that for 6 seats or more, there must be a separate emergency exit.
I think you can not put 6 seats in your aircraft, even if it is not pressurized. Best check with the FSDO on that.
