Basket-case 337's?

Hello all.

First time poster but long-time fan of the Cessna 336/7.

My situation is this: my brother is a A&P/IA who's short on cash (just bought a house) but would love own a plane. He and I would own the plane together.

Does anyone know of any out-of-annual or (better) damaged 337's that would require work to get airworthy? Ideally, we'd like to spend around 20-40K for a damaged airplane that we could work on together.
