Glare shield and EL panel question

Thank you in advance:

My glare shield is loose on my 77G, non-turbo. Where are the screws/bolts that attach this to the top of the panel or structure?

On the main EL panel under the pilots yoke, where do the wires from the EL panel to the inverter exit? For example, when seated in the pilots seat, do they exit upper left, lower right, etc?
