Welcome to the forum!
Is the 4400 lb tax limit based on Certified GTOW? If so, that limits you to '67 models or earlier, which have a 4300 lb GTOW. There was a T337B that was turbocharged but not pressurized with the 4300 lb limit. All the pressurized airplanes '73 through '80 have a 4700 lb GTOW.
