I just rebuilt the hydraulic actuator and it is a little tight to remove. I removed the four attach bolts from inside the cabin center console and pulled the actuator out to rebuild on the bench.
FYI: There are two o-rings that are proprietary and must be purchased from Cessna. I have numbers and extras if anyone needs. The o-rings are less than a $1 each. Access is tight but achievable via the panel on the belly behind the nose gear door.
