EL Panel Inverter (Need PN!)

I'm trying to restore my bird to somewhat respectable shape and my EL panel inverter has died. I can find the part in the service manual but not in the parts manual. Does anyone happen to know where to get one or what the part number is at least? I have attached a image from the service manual.
