I was thinking a bit beyond the battery's role in starting the engine. Under certain circumstances, in the event of an electrical failure, the battery may be your only electrical source. The standard battery strikes me as being a bit light at only 17 amp/hours. A bigger battery would give you more insurance in this theoretical situation.
