The Horton kit on my airplane (P337) has the drooped wing leading edge, a wing fence just inboard of the aileron and VG's on the bottom of the rear fuselage.
MTOW is 4700 Lbs. Low speed performance is quite good although probably not as good as the Robertson. Richard
