Replace or Don’t (Fuel Tank Problem)

I noticed when filling up pilot side main tanks ALL the way i get a small fuel leak.
Upon inspection with a boroscope, i think the leaking is coming from the small section of hose ON TOP FRONT (not bottom hose) area of the mains No cracks on top of the tanks were noticed.
I believe this hose is to allow the inboard main tank to equalize air.
To gain access, the top leading edge screws would need to be removed along with the screws holding the metal on top of the wing.
I really dont want to deal with all of those rusted/painted over screws
What would you do?
