rick bell is an unknown quantity at this point
the gas varies, 4.00 to about 5.00. i usally fill up in yuma at 2.20. yes mmsf has gas and are very polite and easy on you. all you need is mex ins (see baja bush pilots, 100,00 yr est.) air worthy certificate, medical cert, registration cert.pilot lic. there is a landing fee at all towers and it varies, usally 8 per single 16 for twins. your first entry must be at an inetrnational airort (mmsf is, loretto, grn lapaz and cabo, plus a lot one the mainland are ones) there is also a airway user tax good for one year starting in jan. must be applied for in mex city, otherwise at your entry airport they will issue a one time permit good for 30 days or until you leave piror 56.00. the only gas available are at the internatiional airports.
in addition all persons need to fill out an immigration card for your stay and i think there is a 15.00 per ea charge. it is great flying an d worth the crappy fees. oh in there grreat wisdom the have added a 20.00fee for the priviglage to purchase fuel (seems the ag department ran out of money, the mx faa has nothing to do with it and tried to nix it but no avail). no weather info, but you can see for 100 miles. if forgot something let me know.
