Here is the Oil Temp Sensor on the rear oil cooler. In the middle with the boot over the sensor for the wire connection.

wonderful! I appreciate the help. I am going to relocate my sensors next weekend!
You don't happen to have the part numbers for the connectors, do you? I will probably need a different type. Looks like a tight fit. Or can you use a 45 elbow to redirect the sensor for easier access? Thanks! Mike Last edited by mhudsonbsme : 10-24-11 at 08:11 PM. |

Part number for Oil Temp Sensor
Do you happen to know the part number for the factory oil temp sensor? My sensor has 2 wires going to it on the 1965, however later models seem to only have one sensor wire. Does anyone know if the later oil temp sensor will work with the first year skymasters? Thanks, Mike
