Here's the numbers from my type training ... TAKEOFF maximum power 2800 rpm fuel > 100 pph rotate 70 kias accelerate in ground effect climb at 90 kias 200 AGL flaps up 400 AGL gear up, set climb power AFTER TAKEOFF CLIMB 2600 rpm 26" 90 pph 100 kias ENROUTE CLIMB 2600 rpm 26" 90 pph 120 kias CRUISE 2400 rpm, 23" or 2200 rpm, 20" DESCENT mixture rich 2100 rpm 19" DOWNWIND mixture rich 2100 rpm 19" 120 kias flaps 1 gear down BASE props full forward flaps 1 or 2 as desired 100 kias power as required FINAL (runway assured) flaps 3 75 kias 2 ENGINE GO AROUND maximum power propellers full forward flaps up airspeed 90 kias gear up at 400 ft AGL cowl flaps open 1 ENGINE GO AROUND maximum power propellers full forward flaps up airspeed 90 kias gear up at 400 ft AGL cowl flaps open on the operating engine only You might consider taking the Cessna Pilot's C337 Systems and Procedures course. I've heard good things about it. |
