you don't want to go by the service manual for the accessories listing... you need to go to the TCDs and then direct to the item... so in this case the prop gov is part of the engine as that is what its attached to.. so it would be a engine accessory/appliance and thus we would look it up under the make and manufacture on its own... as shown in the picture...
