Pitot Heat unit/alternate

So apparently someone in the past glued the heat blanket to the inside of the strut fairing. That is where it is now. It's also probably why when I test the thermostat only it pops the breaker because nothing is going through the heat blanket.

I'm hoping to maybe just find an entire pitot unit with the heating elements I can replace this with, but all help and suggestions are appreciated. I've called everyone that's been suggested to me with no real luck.
