Kim Geyer on this forum had a run-out IO-360 for sale for $8k I think it was. Had to swap it due to 135 regs, but he said it was running great and not using oil. Maybe reach out to him?
Cylinder shops here in Texas would have those turned around in a week or two. I can provide contact info if needed.

Careful on overpromising what Texans can do
 Last time I looked at Google maps Pleasanton TX was indeed in Texas and where my cylinders have been for some time. Its all good, I had to wait for everything else anyway, but waiting for the last item is always a bummer.......
