Skyking,
Venezuelan Oil Company (PDVSA , owners of Citgo, by the way), losses $800 million a year in domestic fuel supply, because of populism in the way politics has run the whole country. Fuel is the best way to collect taxes everywhere, and I think we are a great exemption.
