Pick up Coil on Mag
Is anyone familiar with the tach pick up coil on the mag of the C336? Part number or any info would be appreciated
Is the number a S1512-2 which is now 10-187065-1????? $659 at yingling but not sure this is the right unit

Herb, yes the original Tach Pick-up Coil was S1512-2.

I'm bumping this old thread since we have a dead tach on the front engine that I need to troubleshoot.
What is the most likely cause and can I assume that it is indeed a magnetic coil that sends the signal to the gauge and NOT a breaker unit as suggested in the SM ? Thanks! |
