337G rear seats
Hi..I am looking to source 2 rear seats (seats 5 & 6) for a '77 model 337G. If seat belts available also, I would be interested in those too. I can be contacted direct at ausdc@bigpond.com Please do not refer me to Aviation Enterprises!....

Hi Dave
I thought the G models only had 5 seats? No baggage door so they were only approved for 1 seat in the rear?? What part of OZ land are you located?

Ah Ha
The pressurized aircraft can only have 5 seats. That's because of the FAA regulation that for 6 seats or more, there must be a separate emergency exit.
I think you can not put 6 seats in your aircraft, even if it is not pressurized. Best check with the FSDO on that. |

re 337G seats
Thanks Larry for your suggestion...I'm from state of Victoria..near Melbourne.
My 337 is not pressurised..so the 6 seats are legal provided it has the emergency exit on the left..same concept as the P210. |

Right
I found this ad on Controller.com, and it shows a late model Skymaster with 6 seats. It also clearly shows the exit window, like the earlier 337's
