My guess:
1) Horrendous paint scheme 2) Orange velour interior 3) Ad is from 1975. |

4. The need for a Multi-Engine Rating possibly? Read the sales text below the photo! I sure hate to think I spent all that time getting a ME Rating and training for nothing.... Ha Ha!!
If they actually get someone to buy it under those pretenses - they will have one unhappy customer!! |

Barron is absolutely correct. No multi-engine rating is required to buy a Skymaster... Now, if you want to fly it...

Why, nothing at all.
Just make sure you count all of your fingers after you shake on the deal. |

The 'Red' Barron...
Speaking of Barron Thomas (is that for real, anyway.. I mean the 'Barron' bit!?), has anyone checked out the 1978 P337 he also has advertised on Controller and Trade-A-Plane? Not a bad price for the times and equipment... BUT... I notice he doesn't list the tail number, and that's really the FIRST thing that needs to be known to do some background checking... to avoid buying a pig-in-a-poke.
Anybody?? SkyKing |
