Airworthiness Certification of Aircraft and Related Products

I don't understand all of it, but the CJAA (Classic Jet Aircraft Association) is very concerned about the new 8130.2G regulation which goes into effect April 16, 2011.

Because the CJAA link was faulty, I downloaded the file from the FAA, and have it available. It's a big file, 2.8MB

There is an area of concern, and that is the "Continued Airworthiness", for used aircraft.
