Bob Cook is an unknown quantity at this point
fuel indicator

this is an indicator, not a "system". It appears to only work on resistive pickups or sensors. The 337 uses pennycap capacitive type sensor with an output in milliamps that drives the coil type indicator on the instrument panel. In other words, the Aerospace INDICATOR requires a linear type voltage input as opposed to current.

You need to find a way of elilminating the pennycap sensor and also finding a system than can integrate readings from more than one tank in the case of some models.

I rather doubt this is an easy task. Running with full tanks is an accurate way of determining your departure fuel load.

Any substitute system should be STC'D. Shadin 760C is your best bet.
