Rear engine oil

I had the same problem but it did not start suddenly but developed over time. Pulled the cowls and found the rocker cover gaskets and push rod tubes were dripping a small amount of oil and it does not take much oil to look bad on the prop and horizontal stabilizer. Fixed those leaks by tightening the screws on the rocker covers and rotating the push rod tubes. Problem solved for now. Eventually will probably have to replace the rocker cover gaskets and push rod tube seals.
