SID Formation Data...?

As previously explained by the individuals who have meet with Cessna Represenatives concerning the C337 SID, these SIDS would be based upon SDR's.

As noted by Mr Martin in previous posting 08/29/2009.

"For context let me mention that this SID exercise is FAA driven and is expected to be followed by similar exercises for other Cessna aircraft models.

Here, in brief, are my impressions:

1. Cessna has been working on this for roughly 6 months or more. Some of the documents date to March and some of the Cessna people at the meeting visited Steve Keller about 6 months ago to get a first-hand look at his airplane (most of these people were unfamiliar with Skymasters because they were not around when they were designed, built and tested, and Cessna does not have a significant database of experience with the aircraft).

2. Unlike the 400-series SID program, this is an experience-based, not analytically-based program. No finite-element structural analysis of the aircraft is planned. Instead, the Cessna people went to the FAA's Service Difficulty Reports (SDRS) database and used that as the basis for the proposed SIDs. At the time of the meeting, Cessna had written draft SIDs and the meeting was in part intended to get the users’ inputs on these proposed SIDs."

Mr. Doug Oliver (Cessna /Textron spokesman) Avweb posting January 6th, 2010 states.

""We continually look at aircraft still flying in a light driving us toward safe operations," Oliver told AVweb. The company's ongoing effort to develop the new inspection procedure is part of that effort, he said. Although the company is not prepared to state what it has found as part of its continuous airworthiness program for the 336/337 fleet, speculation is additional stress is placed on the wing structure by the types' twin-boom tail configuration. "Using advanced systems and techniques, Cessna has become proficient in fatigue analysis, so when we started looking at our various fleet models, we knew the twin-boom design of the 336/337 had higher loading than a single-fuselage design and it is one of the early aircraft addressed," Oliver told AVweb via e-mail.

Question #1.
Does anyone know what "Advanced Systems and Techniques" D. Oliver the Textron/Cessna employee is referring to? Is it the Cessna Proprietory/Trade Secret Analysis that was used on the C402 SID/AD aircraft rebuild?

Question #2.
Has anyone been able to recieve from Textron/Cessna a labor estimate to perform the Wing/Fuselage/Strut/Tail/Boom remove, inspect, and rebuild the aircraft?

Question#3.
Does anyone have any history/data concerning usage/ownership or even registration for Aircraft #N2FOR?

Question#4.
Does anyone have or will post SID # 47-11-01, Wing Fuselage Attach Fitting SID? The information I have does not have this SID. IT is referred to in the list of SID's but was not included.
