Fuel Strainer Mod

Having recently returned from some Florida flight training, I was made aware that Florida is not very happy with you pulling the fuel strainer and having fuel dump on the ramp.

Apparently it cost a University a lot of money in the form of a large fine.

Is there a mod anywhere to change the strainer pull to say a fuel drain valve so you could collect the contents in a GATS jar or similar?

Regards - Dave

Smile Fuel Drain

I carry a empty plastic oil container & drain the fuel into that. I than dump it into my power tug when I get back to the hanger.
