Regarding the Mike Busch article referenced above. Essentially everything in that article, Mike got from us at APS... with one exception. He does not use EGT as a leaning reference. This is, in our data-backed opinion, a misguided concept. Using CHT as a leaning reference has multiple pitfalls and we think that using EGT to reference mixture in or out of the Red Box is a much better, more scientifically based concept.
I do appreciate that Mike referenced us as where he learned the science and the concepts he is teaching.
