Thumbs up Skymasters At Work

While Deployed to Iraq I found a familar aircraft at one of our airfields.

Nice! Interestingly that it is not a military version. Is this used by the military or contractor?

Skymasters at work

The plane in the photo is registered to Airscan, Inc., if you google that name you will find that the company is a private contractor who contracts to both government and private contractors for air survailence. It sounds like they have had their share of noterity in the past. Interesting to read about them. They supposedly have ordered a large number of the new A500 center line thrust planes from Adam Aircraft.

This ship is a G or H model 1973-1980 model because it has the air step doors and oval side windows. Dale

It's a T337H. They have about a dozen of them. My son was at Camp Anaconda at the Balad airbase, and sent me pictures of these guys flying over.
