intermitant fuel gage

I have a 1973 P337 the right fuel gage is very intermitant.I have been fighting this problem for a long time . I have done the following.Checked all conections, replaced controller, replaced right gage, with old gage I got some indication sometime ,but with new gage I get no indication at all.I have checked visually the circuit board but find no problems. Does anyone have any other Ideas?

Several.
First, the bad news. Our resident expert on all things electrical concerning Skymasters, Peter Somers, has passed away.

So, he can't answer you.

However, he has answered this question, so if you do a SEARCH on fuel gauge, you should be able to find some of the answers he had given in the past.
