It has boots, wing extentions, winglets, gross weight increase, 190 lb fuel capacity with 800 lb full fuel payload, radar, air conditioning, Avidyne MFD with weather, Sandel HSI, S-Tec 55 autopilot. He'll even put TSIO 550s in it if you want.
