Skymaster Crash - Wyoming
I was searching for more info on the LAMP crash in Colorado and found this. This is N357 I have seen this plane around and it looks like it is down. The report below says that it was making an approach to Casper and missed. Then they lost radar contact. The aircraft was found 8 miles north and was destroyed.

A moderate snow was falling at the airport about the same time the plane was reported missing, according to Rich Miller, a weather service specialist with the National Weather Service's Riverton office. Visibility was a half mile, with winds at 9 mph.

Casper WY ILS Runway 03 approach and says that the aircraft was too high and off course. The controller instructed the pilot to make the published missed approach. The aircraft turned NE on the MAP. Here's the weather at the time of the approach: 1 3/4 miles, light snow, mist, scattered clouds at 800 feet above ground level (agl), scattered clouds at 1,200 feet agl, overcast clouds at 2,500 feet agl, temperature -1 degree Celsius Could have been a icing situation, the aircraft has boots. The LAMP incident is not listed yet.
