Looks like with the right parts and tools, you could rebuild one of these in under 15 minutes!

As I was just discussing with Dan, these swivels should be considered no longer available. The only shop I know of that will rebuild (RobAir Repair in WA) wants 500 each to rebuild, with another 1000 for the core if yours isn't serviceable. There was one place with NOS that they were just sending the last of to a customer, at 4k a piece. {If it ever comes to that be on the lookout for pics of my cool new fixed-gear 337 with tundra tires.)

The o-rings below are still readily available, but no idea about the circlips. Also not sure how you remove and reinstall those clips. Dan had some advice but I didn't quite follow. In any case he's done it and , it seemed, without any special tooling, so...
