Happy Thanksgiving

Well here we are..........Thanksgiving 2009. What a great time in life!

What are you thankful for?

Family, Freedom, this great Country, Safety, Kids, Grand kids, oh there is so much to give thanks.

But most of all (because this is the Skymaster site) we are Thankful for our passion, Skymasters. Check out the link below. If you see yours twice, well just be thankful, and if you don't see yours then send it to me and I will add it.

Enjoy

That was awesome!

Thanks for taking the time to put that together. Very cool.

How did you find a picture of N53678? I was surprised to see her in Sedona. I had not seen that picture before.

I really liked the twin 337 model...I guess that makes it a Cessna 674. I wonder how much effort it would take to make a Cessna 674 from all the cheap airframes out there now.

WOW! Excellent job, Herb! Thanks.

I love the Lego Skymaster at the end. Now I know there were actually two of them. Our son made one for us years ago. Unfortunately it met its demise at the hands of our grandchildren.

Somehow I have maintained mine in a non-airworthy static display on my computer desk. We have the mold if you need to make one again :-)

I guess someday when I have grandkids it may go from static display to airshow certification.

Well now how about that stuff. Looks just like my bird, she's a looker. I notice every time I sit on a ramp somewhere it draws some attention. Most all pilots say good things about Skymasters like "I've always liked those" or "I always thought those were neat looking planes". I was at Chicago Exec Monday and even these Gulfstream riders were rubbing nose grease all over the windows and walking around it. Makes it fun to pull up to these FBO's.

BTW, anyone can submit pictures to the AOPA library.
