2 x O2 crash in Nevada

On January 30, 1978 an O-2A departed Nellis AFB and vanished southwest of Indian Springs shortly after takeoff. The following day, another O-2A departed to search for the first, and also crashed. On February 02, another search Piper Pa28 N44517, looking for the O-2's crashed. Then a USAF UH-1N chopper went out to search several days later and crashed. From all of these accidents:- 5 killed (2 x O-2, 2 x O-2, 1 x PA28) 6 injured ( 1 x PA28, 5 x UH-1). Can anybody identify the USAF s/numbers for the two O-2A's?? What an extrodinary state of events!

SkyKing is on a distinguished road
I tried looking on the NTSB website for January 1978, but couldn't find anything:

http://www.ntsb.gov/ntsb/AccList.asp?month=1&year=1978

...but sure enough, the Piper is listed on February 2, 1978. Maybe check on the O-2 construction numbers on Peter's website.
