Increase 337G GW to 5120lbs

Hi all,

I stumbled onto this interesting drop test of a 337 to re-certify a G Model to up to 5120lbs.

Here's the link to the webpage with embedded Youtube video of the drop tests.

Cheers

This is the work that AirScan did for their Skymasters. To my knowledge it is their STC and only used by them.

I believe Aviation Enterprises also has an STC for a GWI for the 337 to 5120 pounds. I thought Airscan had a GWI up to 5140.

GW Increase

The GW increase that AE offers comes with fuel dump valves, so there is no GW increase for landing
