Congratulations to Paul Rooy for his honorable mention in April's AOPA Pilot magazine recognizing his work to preserve New Smyrna Beach Airport. Thanks Paul for your efforts in this organization and at home. Secondly, congratulations to Rick Gardner for his appearence in Pilot Getaways magazine. For those non-subscribers, it's worth finding a copy. This is a really slick presentation which includes the cover and a feature article. I don't know if this was purchased by Carribean Sky Tours in whole or in part but if payment didn't include wife, dog and 1st born I'd say he got his money's worth. Our collective stock in Skymasters just went up ten points on this publicity alone. Thanks Rick.

The article mentioning Paul is on page 24 of the April issue of AOPA pilot. Look for the yellow header "Encroachment".

Way to go, Paul. Thanks for standing up for the GA community!
