Rear Cowl Flap Motor (610521-0201) wanted

I'm in search of a replacement rear cowl flap motor (p/n 610501-0201) for my 1974 Pressurized Skymaster T337G.

if you know of one that's available, please let me know. Alternatively, if there's someone who is good at fixing such things, that might be an option too.
