Great Lakes aero products still has undrilled clear wingtip lenses.
As of Feb 2026, they cost $175 ea and $50 shipping, so a pair will set you back right at 0.4 AMUs.
They advertise 3-4 weeks...

If the engine won’t slow below 1500 RPM, I’d first suspect an issue with throttle cable not closing off the throttle body enough.
Have your mechanic run the fuel system setup in TCM manual...
