It would seem to me, braking action/ slowing down will be the biggest issue. No experience with the Skymaster in this regard, but used to have my own 2400 foot grass strip and braking action...

Not sure how I ended up with $3.50 a gallon, that should have been $4.50 a gallon. While we have some places around Houston with prices around 3.80, I am not confident that will hold true...

I have just purchased an older 337A, and I support the view that purchasing an older aircraft, outright, keeps the cash in your pocket rather than financing. 7% interest rate is high...
