Agree with others. I might hit 200 on the oil during climb. CHT's not even close to 400. Use silicon baffling ie. blue or orange. Make sure tight around oil coolers.

The existing system is fine. You can get 38X2 amps without a problem. The 400 regulators work and there is a 337 out from CPA if you are a member.

There is nothing wrong adding 20 amp...

Fuel flow is the only way to determine actual hp unless you work backwards knowing the Inlet air temp and using that to calc density altitude. ...
