It can leak there if the cylinder is cracked. I would remove that piece of baffle, pressurize the cylinder and soap check it for leaks. You may have a head fixing to separate from the barrel

I used a single short jack on the jack point behind the nose gear. I have weighted the tail end down with cases of oil in a pinch (@8- 12 qt.) The nose wheel needs to be off the ground to service it....

I may have one of the switches that Cessna provided with the service kit for that SB. I’ll see if I can find it in my stuff. They used epoxy instead of RTV. I’ll post a pic when I find it
