Tricky Subject !

1) You can hit TBO if you put more than a 250 hrs / yr on them. More you fly the longer the engine life. Training schools will tell you this.

Need to check and verify engines currently in the 337 i.e.
IO360 A, B, or C. If the aircraft is approved for a "C" engine with a specific horsepower then that is what can be installed...

I rather doubt you will be able to install either one or both without a major cost for an approval.

I always time the gear transistion time (mentally) then check light. Always check gear crossing mda or DH and at the outmarker or FAF on any approach.

These mags should be sent out and overhauled by a reputable shop. They should be overhauled every 500 hrs regardless..

I am sure that most overhaul shops would charge about the same amount for...

Unit is a SYNCRON RT10A NLS. This model is 10 Amps continuous. Input voltage 24-30 volts output is 13.5 volts.
Screw terminal block in and out. Fully protected with reverse polarity...

this is an indicator, not a "system". It appears to only work on resistive pickups or sensors. The 337 uses pennycap capacitive type sensor with an output in milliamps that drives the coil...

Try the Delphi XM radio..... WOW. For 160 dollars it is well worth it! Good set of BOSE and you are flying.... with tons of music. Sure beats CDs. Works off the cig lighter....

LOP = lean of peak.
< = less
>= more


Compare the TCM power / fuel specs and then compare the POH and note where the POH compares with fuel flows...........
