Cool, I guess I can see why they did it now! I looked at some of your other photos, and it would appear your CHTs are a bit warmer in the rear as well.

Rear engine cylinder head temp
Yes, the rear engine does run warmer. Sometimes I'd crack open the rear cowl flaps just a bit, which would help.
I'm having two EI MVP50P's installed now so I should have some more accurate info in a couple more months. Wow! The courtesy light is bright! Thanks in advance for the wiring picture. Rick
