Alternator Issue
The small diodes are 3AF4. I bought them through Radio Shack and can be found through some Cessna parts suppliers. Last year I rebuilt this whole board and replaced the 85HF20 diodes (www.newark.com).
Attached is a drawing with part numbers. Dan ________ Silver Surfer Review Last edited by DBrugg : 03-22-11 at 12:51 AM. |

Alternator Issue
Dan,
I assume the 300 884 number applies to the reed relays in each lower corner of the board. I can't locate this part number at Newark. Can you kindly provide more details as to where you located this specific part? Thanks! Scott |

Alternator Issue
My alternator failure board is missing the relays altogether. Are the left and right relays the same part number? The printed board looks like the relays might be mirror images of each other.
I did find a few 300-884 relays for $116 each (and up!). I suspect this low-current relay is an industry-standard, inexpensive part, if anyone knows the specs or equivalent part number. Scott |

Scott,
I can not locate where I got these relays from? Try part no. JRM-10631. Dan ________ Xxx stream Last edited by DBrugg : 03-22-11 at 12:51 AM. |

Like everyone else looking, I haven't found 3AF4 diodes in any search, nor the 300-884 relays. ![]() |
