re: "seat stop installation" on Cessna aircraft"

I've had the left seat stop installation done on my Cardinal 177B over a year ago, free of charge per Cessna Service Bulletin. I received a further Service bulletin SEB 07-5, Rev.2 on June 15th. that they will now cover the right seat installation. (good until June15, 2012)
This is on a US reg.aircraft. The letter does state that the service Advisory applies internationally. Would this mod not take care of the seat rail issue? Happy to forward a copy of the advisory if needed. I have run into some Cessna service folks who are not aware of this free fix.....(Has to be done by a Cessna Service center, I believe)
