Spar inspection AD

The website that has this info is FREQUENTLY DOWN like it is at the time I type this response (my US government tax dollars at work), but can be located at: faa.gov, then go to the area about regulatory info, and then click on airworthiness directives and follow the links from there. It is model specific, but you can find everything you need there. I just checked it last Thursday for that very AD, so I know it's mentioned.
