Prelim Reports

Casper WY ILS Runway 03 approach and says that the aircraft was too high and off course. The controller instructed the pilot to make the published missed approach. The aircraft turned NE on the MAP. Here's the weather at the time of the approach:
1 3/4 miles, light snow, mist, scattered clouds at 800 feet above ground level (agl), scattered clouds at 1,200 feet agl, overcast clouds at 2,500 feet agl, temperature -1 degree Celsius
Could have been a icing situation, the aircraft has boots.

The LAMP incident is not listed yet.
