There is still time to book a room but they are going fast. See attached for all the info and go to www.riverviewairport.com to register.
If you might be thinking about going or are concerned about last minutes conflicts (weather) go ahead and book the rooms so you have them. Read the cancellation policy so that you can cancel if needed. Some of the properties offer insurance that allows you to cancel up to the day of arrival. We have about a dozen planes registered to date and this will be a really great time with fellow pilots and friends. Please let me know if you have any questions
