Dave,
50 hours is very good in my view. I think when we last spoke, I estimated 40 hours, and I did not include the time to seal the windows afterwards. From what you describe, that is right on the mark as far as labor. Here are a few pics of my windows - in the process of sealing the outside. I put all new seals and used the original green goop that Cessna used, but wanted to environmentally seal from the outside as well from preventing moisture getting in between the skin and window and causing corrosion. I went with the light grey tint on all the side windows (outer pane), and clear on the windshield and inner side windows. Jeff |
