Philippe, great to see a CFI prepping! I've been training a couple of guys in my "mouth breathing" 337G, introducing the airplane up through an Instrument Proficiency Check. Here are some of the materials I use. The checklist has some items specific to my airplane. I'm working with experienced CFII-MEs, but they are not familiar with the 337, and we are always moving toward the runway for an IMC launch and recovery. I tell the guys they've seen everything out the windows below, so no sense spending time looking out! Maybe the material will give you some ideas.
In the latter half of the seventies, I went to the Cessna factory school for the T337G. I was flying one in air taxi operations and a standard G on a transcontinental pipeline patrol. I'm still proud of my training certificate!
