It is hard to find a GOOD "P" for much less than 180 -200. Most of what I have seen at 150 or less needs a lot of TLC and $$ to bring it up to standards and no boots. Riley's have been going from 225 to 250 depending on options and time. Amazing there was one with less than 1200 hrs... now that is a "queen". Bob
