Its owen bells (aviation enterprises) STC.
Don Nieser may still have parts for it as he provided owen with the parts to make his stc kit. I have the manual cowl flaps and its a bitch to keep them closed, they keep wanting to pop open under load 👎

I spoke to both Don and Skymaster Mods &Parts (formerly Aviation Enterprises). Don has rebuilt motors, and SMP has new (or perhaps reman) motors for front and rear at 2.5 and 3.1k respectively.
SMP will also rebuild the vernier part of the manual actuator (the bits that mount right up front on the instrument panel, with teeth inside that wear out ) for $500. You send it to them and they will send it back. Last edited by YankeeClipper : 10-17-23 at 08:37 AM.
